I would think that Cate studied a lot the personality of Elizabeth I before she played in those movies. Even if she is a good actress and her professional skills are fabulous she gave us a very good impression about the English Queen.

Cate Blanchett is keen to appear in a third movie as Queen Elizabeth--because the 16th century British monarch is "endlessly fascinating."

The actress starred as Elizabeth in the 1998 film, and has reprised her role in forthcoming sequel The Golden Age.

Blanchett, 38, says, "There are endless possibilities with Elizabeth... And I think there will be a lot more Elizabeth (films) because she's endlessly fascinating."

She also just picked up best actress for her role in the biopic of Bob Dylan, “I’m Not There”.

Blanchett’s next major role is in "Indiana Jones" and the "Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" - the fourth installment of the action-packed franchise due out in 2008.
