Aussie paparazzo in defamation case
Australian celebrity photographer Jamie Fawcett testified Tuesday actress Nicole Kidman swore at him while he was trying to take her picture.
Fawcett told the state of New South Wales Supreme Court Kidman used graphic language while he was attempting to take photographs of her with her husband, singer Keith Urban, as they passed by him in a car on New South Wales' south coast in 2005, The Age reported.
Fawcett is seeking damages from the Fairfax Media group after a jury found that an article in the Sun-Herald newspaper had defamed him.
Kidman told the court she is afraid to drive alone because Fawcett was always pursuing her. She said she was "really, really scared" and worried there would be an auto accident. // Copyright 2007 by United Press International
