Anna Nicole Smith to dispute the judge decision of DNA test
Moldova.ORG -- Anna Nicole Smith is to fight a court order from a US judge that she submit her baby daughter to a DNA test.
A Los Angeles judge ruled the reality TV star has to submit her four-month-old daughter for testing by 23 January to settle a dispute between her ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead and her friend Howard K Stern, who both maintain to be the baby's father, according to FemaleFirst.
As the American publication Us Weekly says Stern's lawyer James Neavitt slammed the court order, saying that the couple will dispute the decision.
As Neavitt said, the California court would have no jurisdiction in a probable custody hearing regarding the Bahamas-based couple and that the paternity test order is null and void.
While Birkhead's lawyer, Debra Opri, is said to offer to have the saliva swab test flown down to the Bahamas and insists her client will succeed in his quest to prove he is the father.
"Anna will have a reality check", also said Opri.
