Anna Nicole legal confuse for baby and bury
The legal confuse for Anna Nicole Smith's baby, a child who could one day be worth half a billion dollars and the right to bury her continued to rumble on in court.
The fourth day of hearings at a court in Fort Lauderdale in Florida saw a clash between Smith’s boyfriend Howard K Stern and her mother Virgie Arthur over where the Playboy star should be buried.
Stern stressed how much Anna meant to him.
The model's long time attorney and partner is fighting for the right to bury her in the Bahamas next to her son Daniel and maintains it was something they had agreed.
However, Smith’s mother wants Anna Nicole to be buried in her hometown of Texas.
A video shown during the proceedings may hinder her mother's wishes. In a recorded interview Anna Nicole said she would never speak to her mum again.
Anna's ex- lover Larry Birkhead is also claiming to be the father of her baby, if she ends up winning the decade long battle to inherit the riches of Anna's ex husband J Howard Marshall.
