Lolo's Cafe is about of these things.

It's about life on the other side of the track, where an immigrant-family runs the most dysfunctional cafe in the melting pot of Blue Miami Beach.

Think of the American Dream as seeds that float across the ocean to the shores of America, where they take root. Lolo's Cafe is the fertilizer they need to graw. The first step in the Cruz Family's progress toward a better life. Maybe generations from now Lolo's gransdson will run for President... of the Condo Owners Association.
