Solange Piaget Knowles was born on June 24, 1986 in Houston, Texas. She is an American actress, R&B and pop singer, songwriter, producer, model, and dancer.
Knowles appeared in Johnson Family Vacation. She also appeared on the TV show One on One. She starred in Bring It On: All or Nothing (2006). Other his movie credits include Johnson Family Vacation (2004) and television series "Listen Up" (2005).
She models for her mother's clothing line, House of Dereon, named after her grandmother, Agnez Dereon. She also is a singer. In 2002, Knowles released her debut single, "Feelin' You", from her debut album, Solo Star, which was released on 21 January, 2003.
In Late 2007, Solange confirmed on her MySpace page that she was in the process of recording her second album, witch named Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams, and would be released August 26, 2008.
She is sister to singer Beyonce Knowles.
