Poppy Montgomery was born on June 19, 1975 in Sydney, New South Wales. She is an Australian actress.
She has appeared in Maxim, FHM and posed nude in the art magazine Black+White. Montgomery has appeared in the 2001 CBS mini-series Blonde.
Poppy has also appeater in movies, including Dead Man on Campus (1998), The Other Sister (1999), 50 Ways to Leave Your Lover (2004) and Between (2005).
Her television credits include "Relativity" (1996), "The Beat" (2000) and "Glory Days" (2002). She currently stars as Samantha Spade in the American television series Without a Trace.
