Mindy Kaling was born June 24, 1979 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She is an American actress.
She appeared on NPR's Fresh Air. She also appeared in a 2005 episode of "Curb Your Enthusiasm".
Kaling's first film role was in The 40 Year-Old Virgin. She also subsequently appeared in the 2007 romantic comedy License to Wed.
She is best known for her role in on the NBC sitcom The Office.
