Frankie Muniz was born on December 5, 1985, in Wood-Ridge, New Jersey. He is an Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award nominated American actor.
Frankie made his feature film debut in the independent It Had To Be You and played a leading role, opposite Matthew Modine, in the CBS Hallmark Hall of Fame telefilm What the Deaf Man Heard. Previous television work includes principal and featured roles in the CBS movie To Dance With Olivia, the pilot Claire’s Kitchen, the Fox pilot The Invisible Man and the series The Androgena Show for WRAL-TV.
Muniz has also made guest appearances on the television shows Spin City, Sabrina The Teenage Witch, Silk Stalkings and Another World.
Then in 1999 he was offered the part of Malcolm in Malcolm in the middle.
His work on the theatrical stage includes leading roles in House Arrest at Arena Stage in Washington, D.C., A Christmas Carol for Tip Touring Company, Our Town for Theatre in the Park, The Wizard of Oz for Curtains Up!, The Best of Broadway for NC Theatre, The Sound of Music for Mannie’s Dinner Theater and Oklahoma! for NC Theater Stage.
He recently received rave reviews for his role in Horton Foote’s new play, The Death of Papa, in Hartford, Connecticut. Muniz has also enjoyed an extensive roster of work in commercials for major advertisers.
Now he is a full time Formula Atlantic driver.
