Emmanuelle Vaugier was born on June 23, 1976 in Vancouver, British Columbia. She is a Canadian film and television actress.
She has a starring role in Uwe Boll’s next feature film ‘Fry Cry’ with Germany’s leading man Til Schewiger. Emmanuelle also has the starring role in the feature film ‘Hysteria’ produced by former L.A. Laker Rick Fox. She is also the voice and likeness of Nikki in Electronic Art's new adrenaline-filled street racing game 'Need for Speed Carbon'.
When not on the big screen, Emmanuelle has had guest roles on ‘Big Shots’ and 'Supernatural'. Emmanuelle starred in ‘Saw II’, the number one box office hit released by Lion’s Gate and was back for a cameo in ‘Saw IV’. She was also the new female superhero for the television pilot of the comic ‘Painkiller Jane’ for the Sci Fi Channel and had a starring role in the ‘Master of Horror’ series directed by John Carpenter.
Emmanuelle is known as much for her turns on shows like ‘One Tree Hill’ as her appearances on the covers of magazines. On television, she has been on ‘Monk’, the Fox Television series ‘North Shore’ and UPN’s hit series ‘Veronica Mars’. Emmanuelle plays Lauren in ‘Call Me, The Rise and Fall of Heidi Fleiss’. She also portrayed Dr. Helen Bryce; Lex Luthor’s wife on the WB’s hit drama ‘Smallville’.
She starred in the WB comedy ‘My Guide to Becoming a Rock Star’ and in the film ‘40 Days and 40 Nights’, opposite Josh Hartnett. She also played the lead role in ‘House of the Dead 2: Dead Aim’.
