Darrell Hammond was born on October 8, 1955 in Tampa, Florida. He is an American comedian.
He has been a cast member of Saturday Night Live (SNL) since 1995. He became famous for his impressions of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ted Koppel, Bill O'Reilly, Regis Philbin, Jack Perkins, Dick Cheney, Colin Powell, Donald Rumsfeld, Dr. Phil, Tony Soprano, Rudy Giuliani, Al Gore, and George W. Bush.
Hammond is a frequent guest on The Howard Stern Show. He has also guest starred in episodes of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Law & Order: Criminal Intent.
In the summer of 2007, Hammond made his Broadway theatre debut, playing the role of Vice Principal Douglas Panch in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.
His movie credits include Blues Brothers 2000 (1998), The Devil and Daniel Webster (2001), Agent Cody Banks (2003), Scary Movie 3 (2003) and Epic Movie (2007).
