Candace Kaye Kroslak was born on July 1, 1978 in Chicago, Illinois. She is an American actress.
She is best known for his role in in the Swedish-American soap opera Ocean Ave. Candace appeared in the movies Demonicus, Planet of the Apes and Soul Survivors.
