Carlos Bernard Papierski was born on October 12, 1962 in Evanston, Illinois, USA. He s an American actor.

Bernard has made guest appearances on Walker, Texas Ranger, F/X: The Series, Babylon 5, Maloney, and Silk Stalkings and appeared as a regular on the daytime soap opera, The Young and the Restless.

He has appeared in the feature films Vegas-City of Dreams, The Killing Jar, and the short film The Colonel's Last Flight.

Carlos is married to actress Sharisse Baker, and they have a daughter Natalie. On June 15, 2006, Carlos, a Cubs fan, threw out the first pitch and sang 'Take Me Out To The Ball Game' at Wrigley Field.
