• Tatum O'Neal arrested in alleged drug buy

Tatum Beatrice O'Neal was born on November 5, 1963 in Los Angeles, California. She is an Academy Award-winning American actress best known for her film work as a child actress in the 1970s.

At the age of 10 she made her acting debut in "Paper Moon". The following year she became the youngest performer ever to win an oscar for her role as Addie Loggins. Next she went on to play Amanda Whurlitzer, in the baseball comedy The Bad News Bears.

He starred in Little Darlings (1980), Little Noises (1992), The Scoundrel's Wife (2002) and drama series Rescue Me.

In 1986, O'Neal wed tennis superstar John McEnroe. The couple divorced in 1992.
