Nona Marvisa Gaye was born on September 4, 1974 in Washington, D.C. She is an American singer, former fashion model, and screen actress. She is the daughter of African-American soul music legend Marvin Gaye.

After a walk-on part in Harlem Nights, Gaye kicked off her acting career as Muhammad Ali's second wife in the 2001 feature film Ali. In 2003, she was cast to play Zee in both The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions.

In July 2006, Gaye was added to the cast of Law & Order: Criminal Intent.
