Leslie Mann was born on November 11, 1972 in San Francisco, California. She is an American actress.

She started her career as a television regular in the series Birdland, following a small role in the feature film Virgin High (1991).

In the mid-90s, she beat out 500 other aspiring actresses two years later for the role of Matthew Broderick's girlfriend in The Cable Guy.

He also starred in Orange County (2002) and Stealing Harvard (2002), The 40-Year-Old Virgin (2005) and Knocked Up (2007).

Mann is married to the writer-director, Judd Apatow.
