Kristen Anne Bell was born on July 18, 1980 in Huntington Woods, Michigan. He is an American actress who is best known for starring in the television show Veronica Mars.

She made her Broadway debut in the 2001 production of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, and appeared with Liam Neeson in the 2002 Broadway production of Arthur Miller's The Crucible, then made her way to Hollywood.

She had a memorable role as a sneak thief in the first season of Deadwood, then landed the role of a smirky teen detective in Veronica Mars (2004).

She also starred in thrillers Deepwater (2005) and Pulse (2006).
