Noelia born August 31, 1977 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is a pop singer and actress who rose to fame in 1999. She is the first daughter of Puerto Rican singer and actress Yolandita Monge.

Noelia has sold more than 3 million records worldwide, won multiple awards, and has won Latin Billboard’s Award Album of the year as well. She has crossed borders to Europe to be acknowledged as the "International Singer of the Year" in Italy, at the prestigious Festival Bar.

With her first album of the same title, she easily grabbed the throne of popularity in Puerto Rico, the United States and Latin America, crowned with gold and platinum records.

Noelia is now working with celebrity manager: Jorge Reynoso, and is currently working on her first English language album.

She directed and starred some personal movies.
