Charles "Chad" Lowe was born on January 15, 1968 in Dayton, Ohio, USA. He is an American television actor.

Lowe began his acting career in his teens, co-starring with Tommy Lee Jones and Robert Urich in the 1987 made-for-TV film April Morning, which depicted the battle of Lexington in the American Revolutionary War.

He also starred in Unfaithful (2002) and TV Episodes 24 (2007).

Lowe was married to actress Hilary Swank between 1997 and 2006. Now he is dating producer Kim Painter.
