Jason Statham was born on 12 September 1972, in Sydenham, Lewisham, London.

Jason Statham is particularly known from his parts in the famous and known Guy Ritchie crime films, Lock, Stock and two smoking barrels and Snatch, opposite Brad Pitt. He is became famous for his title role in the transporter 1 and 2. He also did a part in The Italian Job next to Mark Wahlberg and is currently shooting the sequel to this hit, The Brazilian job. He acts with severe seriosity and almost never flaws, a true action hero but also a bit sometimes a melancholical hero. He is to hard for his mind maybe and he looks to rough.

He has this strength air over him as if he wants to say, I can take on anyone. He hasn't always been a famous actor, he has also been a high levelled diver. In 92 he finished twelved in the world rankings. When he played Frank Martin, his role, in the Transporter he did all of his stunts all by himself, Car chasing, fight scenes and more. He is now working on a film called In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale, where he plays next to famous actor John Rhys-Davies and also next to Ray Liotta. Quite a crew actually.
