Danny Glover
Danny Lebern Glover was born on July 22, 1946 in San Francisco, California, USA. He is an American actor and film director.
He made his film debut in Places in the Heart (1984) but gained his first major success in The Color Purple (1985). A versatile actor, he played villains and heroes in all types of films including Lethal Weapon (1987) and its sequels (1989, 1992, 1998).
In March 1998 he was appointed a United Nations goodwill ambassador. Later films include The Royal Tenenbaums (2001) and Saw (2004).
He almso starred in Dreamgirls (2006) and action Shooter (2007).
