Abraham Rubin Hercules Benrubi was born on October 4, 1969 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is an American actor.

Benrubi's first major role was on the show Wings. He stars as one of the main characters in ABC's show Men in Trees.

His most notable role is Jerry Markovic on the long-running U.S. TV drama ER. He also appeared on "Men in Trees" (2006-2008) and in the 2003 western Open Range.

He frequently voices characters on Adult Swim's stop-motion animation show Robot Chicken.
