She began his career with role in 8 Mile (2002). Anthony has appeared in The Manchurian Candidate (2004), Million Dollar Baby (2004), Half Nelson (2006) and We Are Marshall (2006).

He has been cast as Tupac Shakur alongside Jamal 'Gravy' Woolard as Notorius B.I.G and Derek Luke as Sean Combs in the 2009 film Notorious.
