David Lee Gallagher was born on February 9, 1985 in Queens, New York. He is an Cuban-American actor.

Gallagher began acting at the age of four, appearing as a model in a print advertisement. He made his film debut at the age of eight, playing Mikey in the 1993 sequel, Look Who's Talking Now.

Gallagher was cast in 1996 as Simon Camden, the second son of Reverend Eric Camden, on the television series 7th Heaven.

Gallagher had leading roles in the theatrical films Little Secrets, in which he was the love interest for Evan Rachel Wood's character, and Kart Racer.

He also appeared in Phenomenon (1996), Little Secrets (2001), The Quiet (2005) and The Picture of Dorian Gray (2006).
