Gregory Phillip Grunberg was born on July 11, 1966 in Los Angeles, California, USA. He is an American television actor.

In 2000, Greg auditioned for the role of Fred Flintstone in The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas. Greg has been cast in almost every one of J. J. Abrams' projects. Early in his career, Greg appeared in several high profile televison commercials. He has appeared in 24 major motion pictures.

He also starred alongside Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible III (2006). He appeared in such television shows as Baywatch, Melrose Place, Murphy Brown and Alias.

Grunberg has a major role in the NBC TV show Heroes.

He is married to Elizabeth Dawn Wershow.
